FERMENTED TOMATO KETCHUP
Tomatoes are fragile fruits that often bruise easily and ripen faster than can be sold. For our Fermented Tomato Ketchup, we reduced salvaged tomatoes and added spices, foraged elderflower syrup, and coconut vinegar. We fermented this mixture for about 2 weeks.
OUR KETCHUP IS VEGAN, GLUTEN AND NUT FREE.
Ingredients: tomatoes, elderflower, coconut vinegar, onion powder, spices, salt, brown sugar.
