We created our kimchi with a homemade vegan gochujang and each batch is fermented for about 2 weeks to develop a rich balance of both sweet and spicy flavors. 

Cabbage, red radish, cauliflower stems, and carrots are very commonly found in the quick sale section at the market and we saw this as an opportunity to salvage these in our kimchi recipe.

OUR KIMCHI IS VEGAN, GLUTEN AND NUT FREE.


Ingredients: cabbage, red radish, carrots, chilies, cauliflower stems, spices, garlic, seaweed powder, gluten free soy, vegan worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt.
